Welcome to Zoom Meditation. Join on your computer or phone by clicking on the Zoom button. First, you'll need to download the Zoom app; it's free. You may join with both video and audio connection. Here are a few things:
Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday morning: 7:00-8:20am (Room opens 6:45am)
Tuesday Evening: 6:00-7:10pm (Room opens 5:45pm)
Saturday morning: 8:00-9:10am (Room opens 7:45am)
*After you click the Button, you'll be placed in a waiting room for the host to let you in. Once in, you can choose to either have Grid view or Speaker view. The controls are in the upper right hand corner. The Grid view allows you to see everyone.
*Upon entering Mute the audio and turn on the Video. Of course, you can choose to turn off the Video, though most people keep it on. By Muting the audio it reduces background noise. When speaking, you may unmute.
*On Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, we may talk before beginning. If not then, we always have a conversation following meditation on these days. Weekday morning meditation begins promptly at 7:00am.
*There are three sounds of the bell to being meditation and one sound to end
With warm bows from Idaho,
Jisen
